Review: Bone Face (2025)
By William Pattison
When a masked killer slaughters several campers in a small
town, a sheriff and a deputy track the murderer to a local diner where, using
their investigative skills, they must discover which person in the diner is the
actual killer.
Art house films are very iffy affairs. They are either
really good or really bad. The film in question is outstanding. This film plays
like an episode of The Twilight Zone. A diverse group of people are in a diner
when two cops arrive and then the real fun begins as these two sheriff officers
must go through the suspects in order to find the masked serial killer who has
already massacred two other summer camps.
Director Michael Donovan Horn does a brilliant just with
this horror thriller. This film is loaded with well developed characters and
some good performances, especially the two cops. Also, though there isn’t a real onscreen body count there is still
enough gore for slasher fans as well. This is just a plain good time for both
slasher and mystery fans. I can highly recommend this one.
If you want to see this film it is currently playing on Tubi TV…
